At Broosiss Creations, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Each wall decoration painting is carefully packed and shipped with love. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

Unboxing Video Required

Customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package being opened.

The video must clearly show the condition of the product as it is taken out of the packaging.

This video is required as proof in case of any damage or defect claims.

Damage or Defect

Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Cosmetic damage caused by mishandling after delivery or during installation is not covered.

Return will be accepted within 1 day of purchase.

Time Limit for Reporting

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by sending the unboxing video and details of the issue to:

Non-Refundable Cases

No unboxing video provided.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or attempted repairs.

Minor color or design variations due to screen differences or handcrafted nature.

Refund Process

Once we receive your request and review the unboxing video:

We will verify the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
