At BrooSiss Creations, we are committed to delivering your favorite wall decor pieces and 3D printed creations safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is confirmed and another with tracking details once it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Partners
- Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location within India).
- We partner with reliable courier services via Shiprocket to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Tracking ID and live courier tracking link will be shared via email / SMS once shipped.
3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Areas
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₹999 across India.
- For orders under ₹999, flat shipping charges (₹60) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We deliver across India. For international delivery requests, please email us directly.
4. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Mandatory Action on Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the delivery and request the courier to mark it as damaged. Notify us immediately by emailing [email protected] along with your continuous unboxing video proof.
